Goldsite Start-up Information

The following step-by-step procedure will expedite your Goldsite development.

CTChiro Goldsite Start-Up Procedure

1. Purchase your Goldsite by downloading and printing the contract.  Click Here
2. Download, print and complete the Goldsite Questionaire.  Click Here
3. Mail your signed contract with your $800 start-up check payable to the Connecticut Chiropractic Association to:
   CCA
   2257 Silas Deane Highway
   Rocky Hill, CT 06067
   Attn: Goldsite
   
4. Once your contract, questionaire and initial payment are recived you will receive a confirmation from the CCA that will include a link to CdeVision.
   
5. If you do not already have a domain (website) name in place, you will need to secure a domain name. Suggested websites to register for a domain name are:
   http://www.namesecure.com/
   http://www.godaddy.com/
   http://www.register.com/
   http://www.mydomain.com/
   
6. Follow instructions on the link to purchase your hosting service.
   
7. After processing of the above, you will receive an e-mail from CDeVision which will contain a link and instructions on your Goldsite template.
   
8. Fill in your Goldsite template with your practice information and photos.
   
9. Help is available through the Content Management System of your site or via e-mail kkasabucki@ctchiro.com
10. When your Goldsite is complete, make it “live” with that option in the CMS.
